Web Design Fraud in Kuwait

In the past two years, so many small what so called “Companies” opened for web design business in Kuwait which i call “Baqqalah’s”. These guys either they do it as a Part Time job or work as a Free Lancer, in both cases none of them are really experts in the design or development field. Then how they are making the sites?! They are getting cheap nice looking ready templates, they buy it then they personalize it for the client and then they inform the client that they created this design from scratch, as for the development part, they get a free open source script “software” and they modify it and they deliver the project with so many bugs that might take 6 to 9 months for these beginners to fix, and the client end up with a delayed dead line, loosing so much money and not delivered a professional work.

People, go around and check the company’s previous projects before paying money to make a site, contact some of their clients and make sure they are happy with their work, make sure all sites they developed such as shopping or CMS are running with no errors or problems, then decide to go and do business with that company or not. DON’T look for CHEAP prices, you will end up paying three times what you paid in the first place and never reach what you want, i saw so many of these Baqqalah’s using templates they purchased from another ready templates site and they say WE are a Web Design Company, huh.
