Finally i got my VIVA Number, their services are really good and so many functions much better than my old account with ZAIN. As a start, I never expected that their customer service disk are really fast to replay and very well trained, I thought it’s a new company so I will face problems, but they went through all my questions for installing all new add-ons such as FREE Internet, TV and MMS add-ons.
I think after few months Viva is going to be the best communication company provider in Kuwait after this amazing start.
