Why it is always hard for the fast food restaurant operator in Kuwait to understand your order? I had to repeat my order several times till they understand what exactly i want to order, and after all this phone frustration and waiting for my food, i end up either getting 1. Cold food, 2. Wrong order and 3. Missing stuff.
With all the technology and the development in the fast food industry in Kuwait, still they don’t have quality control section for the delivery orders. The thing that made me really frustrated today and i had all my family gathered in my house, the delivery driver told me i don’t have change “coins”, i will go and get you the remaining change and come back, i told him that is fine i want to tip you, but he insisted that he will bring the change and come back, guess what…! He never showed up again..!! And this is the third time that happened from Burger King drivers. I will never tip these guys again.
